World Wellbeing Movement

Last week I had the pleasure of attending an online international gathering hosted by the World Wellbeing Movement. Three of their experts shared ways to boost employee wellbeing from the organization’s Work Wellbeing Playbook.


The team shared key insights and interventions for employee stress, sense of purpose, inclusion and belonging. Intervention solutions included job crafting, job redesign, and creating more flexible work schedules.


Great ways to not only improve employee recruitment and retention, and build a culture of well-being, but to assess the authenticity of your brand. Is your brand well-being centric?
